    • Andrew is an experienced health and safety consultant, CDM Advisor and machinery safety specialist. He is a certified member of the Association for Project Safety (APS). He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Risk Management and Safety Technology and has spent many years providing construction health and safety consultancy. In addition he has specialist knowledge on compliance with the European Product Standards regarding machinery safety and agricultural engineering. He provides expert witness work with regard to industrial accidents and is experienced in accident investigation in this area.
    • Andrew has more than 20 years’ experience in his field and is Managing Director of Newmac Limited which he established in 1995. He is a Chartered Engineer and former President of the Institution of Agricultural Engineers.

Application of root cause analysis to identify system failures and ensure solutions can be implemented efficiently.
